Selection from the Foncalieu vineyards located in the Carcassonne area. The soil is made of chalky and clay, the climate is Mediterranean with strong oceanic influences.

VARIETIES : 25% Maccabeu, 25% Vermentino, 25% Marsanne and 25% White Grenache.

TASTING NOTES : Shiny yellow colour. Intense nose of white flowers, yellow fruits (peach) mixed to delicate vanilla hints. The palate is well balanced.

PAIRING : Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes.

Serve chilled at 8°C.
