A special cuvee from Minervois, it has a bright ruby colour, an intense nose of fruits, full-bodied with a round taste in the palate.

Selection from the Foncalieu vineyards located in the Carcassonne
area. The soil is made of chalky and clay, the climate is Mediterranean
with strong oceanic influences.

CEPAGES / VARIETIES : 50% Carignan, 35% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.

DEGUSTATION / TASTING NOTES : Ruby red color. Elegant nose
of red fruits (blackberry, redcurrant) with a hint of spice (pepper).
Elegant smooth mouth.

A table / Pairing : Ideal with meats either red or white, light
chesses and Italian cuisine.

Serve at room temperature around 16°C.
