Bright straw color. Rich bouquet of quince, yellow plums and 

while mulberries with tropical overtunes. Expressive, fresh 

palate with intense mulberry and citrus aromas blended with 

exotic passion fruit. Well-balanced with excellendt vinosity.

Rkatsiteli is the most famous Georgian endemic white grape variety. 

Thanks to its rich tannin structure, it has a great potential 

for delivering aromatic wines with great aging potential.

Best enjoyed with white meat and aromatic fish such as sturgeon or tuna.

Excellent with fresh, crispy salads and soups.

Chef's recommendation: Trout fillet with bell pepper and mushrooms.
